  Thank you for your response. The cover letter states we need to close by 11/16/09 and overnite the funds. However, the approval letter says that funds must be received by 11/16/09. We were supposed to close last week so we weren't concerned about it and the delay is too long of a story to go into but here we are...up against the deadline and have been asking for an updated approval letter since prior to last week...

  Lots of multiple offers in the traditionally strong market places (e.g. Palo Alto, etc)
  $2m+ is moving quite well right now.
