  HOW funny Im also dealing with Toby, the same thing happen to me and I can see from reading other blogs that they play games. their BPO came in at 210k my offer was 160k. I told them that it wasn't possible to get them that price. He said the only thing I could do was get him a higher offer or challenge the BPO and so I did. i got an appraiser to come and appraise the property. It came in at 180k and I also have an offer at 180k so it works perfect. He came back and said they want 185k. So Im negotiating right now! Good luck next time
