How to find a referral agent

There are now three ways to find an agent to refer to.
***A referral is a real seller or buyer looking to buy or sell real estate. PLEASE do not use the email blast to tell others you will pay a referral fee. That is NOT a referral. It is spam. And it's not allowed.
First, you can type in City and/State in the search box that's there when you click on the new "Find An Agent" tab at the top of every page. But remember this search is only as good as the information that we enter into the site.
So please go to your profile and make sure you enter your State and city or cities. Just separate by commas and you can add multiple cities.
Secondly, if you are logged in to the site and place your cursor over the "Find An Agent" tab you will see a sub tab "Referral Map". Take a couple of minutes and add yourself to the map. This will link back to your profile.
Thirdly, you can send out a message to the members of this group. Just look right over there to the right and "Send Message to Group".

My first Short Sale was done in 2000, I liked being able to help the seller move on with life! I partner with agents who do not want to deal with the mortgage/banks but typically I list them myself. We currently have a full time negotiator on staff but I would gladly forward thier information to the owners of my company you never really know unless you ask. Katerina is a pretty cool name too we are having a baby in July I think your name might get added to the list of possibilities. My suggestion to your friend is to probably offer thier services to multiple companies and individual agents with a background like that they should have no problem finding work. Over 60% of our local transactions are Short Sales!!! They may also might want to speak with some Title Companies in the area it seems a lot of them are handling negotiations.

Hello and happy new year! Just wanted to introduce myself as I just found this site today... Tristan- I love that name, that is our miracle child's name! Ah, Tristan from Legends of the Fall! Brad Pitt did a fabulous job as Tristan.
I digress.
Your real estate company in Jax- would they be interested in hiring a long time negotiator from one of the biggest lenders to come to work for them as their in house short sale processor and negotiator? He is my favorite negotiator at a certain bank and we close lots of deals together- he was an appraiser for many years also. He is looking to move to Jax or Daytona- he is a biker for his hobby- and hates the cold where he is working now. Let me know if your company is interested.
