This bank needs a REALITY CHECK and NEEDS TO BE SUED!!!

Here we go again. Just received a new CASH offer for a home that Metlife previously screwed over on the 1st contract.  Have NO problem being a thorn in somebody's ass if it means getting this deal closed in 90 days!  Look out Metlife, I have a 30 min window block scheduled on my calendar every day just for YOU!....not that I'm persistant or anything :)

He pulled the log from MetLife and was amazed that they haven't done a thing with the file in months.  They have sat on it and then claim the doc's have expired.  All of a sudden today I get a call letting me know who the appraiser is and that they will be contacting me.  Very impressive and very helpful!!!  I am in your debt!

Bobbie. You need to contact HUD direct. The lender MUST follow FHA PFS guidelines and can be in big doo doo if they don't. One of our members is with HUD and has offered to help our members. Contact Darrel Powell at [email protected] (405) 609-8420 Let him know you are one of our members.

I am having an absolutely horrible experience with MetLife.  It is an FHA mortgage and the should be following HUD guidelines, but guess what??? THEY'RE NOT!! They lose paperwork. I get told one day it is there, the next day it isn't.  They got the ATP over 7 months ago, and we still haven't had an appraisal.  We got an offer 6 weeks ago, and still no appraisal. They have been sent a 100% complete package over 40 times. I fax to all 3 of their numbers 13-15 times in a row.  Anyone have contact info for CEO's or other exec's? The hotline causes the file to go to a negotiator but it doesn't cause a negotiator to actually work.

Has anyone had any luck filing complaints with FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or the VA about a particular file being mishandled by LBPS?  Our tax dollars go to fund those agencies and they're foreclosing on homes in mass that should obviously be being sold!!  I have a VA file I sent to them as requested via snail mail on sept 9 and they still, after subsequently faxing it to them in 20 page increments three times, haven't even opened the file and assigned it.  I'm communicating with the VA to see if they'll hold LBPS's feet to the fire on this since its going to be their foreclosure in Feb anyway.  Anyone else had any luck pushing them from the back side?

It is in your best interest to determine the investor and MI (if any). You may have to contact them as MetLife can be super SLOW!
