Does anyone have a good email address for Freddie Mac disputes? I just sent one to
[email protected] but was notified that delivery failed. Have a foreclosure date a week out, any assistance would be most helpful. Thank you!

Sorry for the slow response and thank you for your thoughts. I was very surprised that there was such a low interest in the topic. You were the only one that commented. I know of no movement of any sort going on, but I will continue to look around and try to generate some interest. Please feel free to do likewise. It has to start someplace, right? I suspect that if there were a law office that was willing to take on a class action suite there would be thousands of agents that could document at least one good case.
Organizing some sort of professional organization even one that is a voluntary non-paying member type, but can provide and express a majority opinion on different topics that has an effect on us all, I think would be worth the effort and can only benefit.
Stay in touch. I am going to see what I can find out. I do not like bullies, and banks are bullies.
Have a good day.

NS loan application.... remind buyers 'its part of the process' we are just pawns in the process, but if we don't play the game, the process stops moving forward!
Have you seen BOA's new guidelines? They want to 'tell' the listing agent what they are supposed to do on BOA controlled loans. What a joke!
See attached I hope this helps
