Great Company

I have had several files with American Home Mortgage Servicing. Two great reps are Jeff Hunter and Abigail Doyle. Wonderful people. Short Sales assigned according to the last number of the loan. Pray for Jeff or Abigail. If you get one guy that is extremely rude, call his supervisor Mike and lodge a formal complaint. This guy needs another job. Won't give out his name but if you get him you will know you caught a virus.

Yes, they can be very receptive. The VP's are open to discussions and I'm closing on a file of theirs next week and have to post on the drama of the file. It will amaze you.

Jeff: Tell Jeff Lori Young in Naples said "hi". He is fair but tough. I had a very difficult file with him that closed this past week. Took about 10 hours of work to get the file approved. The MI company was also difficult. Good thing you didn't get someone else. I really like Jeff and Abby.

Call the supervisor Mike McCray and tell him the situation. I believe you caught the virus, sounds like the negotiator I was talking about. Name in a Elton John song?

I just got one assigned to Abigail Doyle... Lori ,can you confirm this is the correct spelling of her name????

Yes. Abby as she is called in the office. This is a small office with lots of files. I think Abigail is great to work with on files. Tell her Lori in South Florida gives her a "shout out".

Wow! Submitted the package yesterday - faxed to Short Sale fax, also sent copies to Jeanne Drake and Jim Davis, as well as e-mailing to Christine Sullivan and Bob Dubrish...I called the customer service number - they want 72 business hours to process the authorization to release information...and then TONIGHT I get an e-mail from my seller that the negotiator has been assigned (Jeff Hunter!) and could we give him a day or so to review the package.

Frankly, I thought it would be WEEKS until we got a negotiator. Is this an unusual (although HAPPY) experience?

I just called in and got assigned David Ingram. Not sure what his reputation is. I was told by a customer service rep though who gave me her ID number that he already canceled the auction. I hope it's the truth. I'm going to call the trustee to the sale tomorrow and verify.

Hi, I am trying to find a number and email address for Mike McCray at AHMSI since he sounds from everyone's comments as the right person to contact to escalate bad situations, does anyone have it by any chance?  Your help is greatly appreciated.  Clea

Lori, I know exactly who your speaking of. He's extremly difficult to deal with or get a hold of. I just had great success with Jonathan Tamares. he was very professional and curtious. He moved very fast and helped me out big time.
