Navy Federal Credit Union Short Sale BEWARE of tactics Taking money from Parents account!!!!!!!!! ALERT

Shame on these bottom feeders. Navy Federal Credit Union likes to brag about helping our "family". One of our borrowers completing a short sale finds the following actions were taken by NFCU without knowledge:


"My second loan was with Navy Federal Credit Union. We agreed to complete a short sale and settle the account in good faith instead of walking away. In return, Navy Federal Credit Union withdrew money from my mothers account on three separate transactions. These…

HOW funny Im also dealing with Toby, the same thing happen to me and I can see from reading other blogs that they play games. their BPO came in at 210k my offer was 160k. I told them that it wasn't possible to get them that price. He said the only thing I could do was get him a higher offer or challenge the BPO and so I did. i got an appraiser to come and appraise the property. It came in at 180k and I also have an offer at 180k so it works perfect. He came back and said they want 185k. So Im negotiating right now! Good luck next time
