Hi, Please Help

With BOFA

I have been working with this short sale for the past 1yr 3months I started doing a cooperative short sale. Everything was good they gave me a pre-approved price.

Then file  was declined with out approval- for no reason why!!!

I resubmitted the file one more time for HAFA we got approval-- some how the file was declined after internal review, so switch buyers. I thought it was the buyer..

So I resubmitted the file one more time with a different buyer . Got short sale approved.

Then File was Declined at closing stage again..Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a HAFA short

sale or HAFA deed in lieu of foreclosure at this time. Per the federal government’s guidelines, your

loan is not qualified for hafa this time because.

Your loan does not meet the requirements required by the investor, or owner of your loan, and/or

mortgage insurance.???

so the file is been declined 3 times, 2 with hafa approvals!!
