Greentree Mortgage

Has anyone had any dealings with Greentree Mortgage?

We are currently working on a shortsale with Greentree as the lst lien holder and BofA as 2nd.  BofA

is on board and we have approval, but Greentree is slow and says 45-60 days.  Does anyone have

any contacts there?
