EMC Closed?

I have tried to call EMC several times today. I called my negotiator and her message said that "they" would be out of the office from May 20 to June 6. I called main number and after getting through the press this and press that, the recording just says we are now closed and normal business hours are 6:30 to 4:30 central time. I was calling at 3:00 eastern time.

I just did the same thing!!!! Makes me nervous. Do you think they wiill be out until June 6th. Makes me want to puke....

I am on hold right now with someone from EMC and was given the following numbers (ALL different than what I have had and always used, and what is posted on this website)

Customer Service Short sale department: 866-483-0153

Authorization fax: 214-626-4777

Short Sale Package and follow up docs fax: 877-601-2677
