We need two days ... the buyer and seller signed, all is great, but the appraiser for new loan requested utilities to be on at closing ... weird if you ask me ... so, today is the approval date on closing, the HUD has a conditional approval for the new date of May 4 ... waiting on Wells to approve the two day COE date extension ... anyone have this not happen (the extension)?? Its already 3:00 here, still no word, email, fax nothing... nothing like making me stress like crazy!! And if it does not happen, what happens to the wired funds that are already at title ... just waiting for the doc number for final from closer, as soon as she gets the okay from appraiser ... I am not liking this at all!
Wells Fargo - - before this, was a piece of cake to get approved, ... so crazy! why this was not brought up two weeks ago when appraisal was completed is beyond me ... then the buyer;s lender had to forget to review all of the appraisal ... gas takes a two to three days for scheduling to happen, so that is why we need two days added for COE.
