Hello Superstars, any California Agents have to deal with Sellers who had Cal HAFA loans with their mortgages?  This is my first, not sure how to handle it, there is no information about the  Cal HAFA part of the loan, only the 1st, the seller forgot about the 2nd (downpayment), since they are not paying it currently they don't know who to contact to find out if they owe it or how to negotiate it, if it is negotiable.  Tax records state loan was a Washington Mutual loan, but its now being serviced by Wells Fargo, what about the CAL HAFA down payment? We don't know how to find out the servicer. Anyone have information about this?  Your assistance will be appreciated! Thank you all!
