TWO APPROVED SHORT SALES READY TO CLOSE THEN OFFERED TO MODIFY..!!!
BOA has no idea what they are doing...!!! In the last week I've received two BOA approval letters for two different sellers. When I called each seller to tell them the good news they both told that they had just received via Fed-ex a modification offer...!!!!! and both of them accepted the modification. I'm glad they were able to keep their investment properties but WHAT IS BOA DOING???.... AFTER ALL THIS WORK...!!!!! I feel that we are working for these lenders for free. Time to make a career change?!!

It's all about how much can they make in the end.. If they can make more on doing a modification or doing a Short Sale. I'm sure they will pick the one that will net the MOST money in the END. Sorry you wasted your time.
