Hello,

Does anyone have experiences to share about working with the Wells Fargo Home Equity Recovery Department?

In my Short Sale Approval agreement from Wells Fargo Home Equity (the 2nd), it includes:

• "Please contact the Recovery Department at 800-361-9985 within 10 days after closing to make arrangements to repay" the shortfall amount on my home equity loan.

I'm being told that it'll be all rainbows and unincorns and they'll go easy on me in terms of their demands for repayment, but I'm of course very skeptical.
