Any way to stall a BOA trustee sale date without having an offer?

I agree with Janie probably not, what reason would you have to justify the stall?

Bankruptcy should stall it, but then you need the permission of the bankruptcy attorney to go forward with the short sale. It will hold things up about 60-90 days.
