Getting paid on the HUD

 

Does anyone have a guarantee or a sure fire way to be paid the negotiation fees on the HUD? It seems I am always being knocked out as a 3rd party negotiator. Is there any verbiage that is used by others that gets them paid off of the HUD? Thanks so much.........Barb

Are you attempting to have the short sale lender pay your fee?

Yes, I am it seems that everytime I am on the HUD, I get kicked out because they do not want to to pay 3rd party negotiators. ANy ideas/ Thanks

Barb. Why not place you fees on the buyer side? Have the seller pay a portion of the buyers closing costs. Part of this money can be used to pay your fee.
