Any experience with First Mortgage Corporation on a Short Sale

I am dealing with First Mortgage Corportation on a short sale.  I sent the packet to them on 8/21, was told yesterday that the file will not be looked at until October and to make sure to tell the borrower to keep making the payments to avoid forclosure! Can I get some input.

Hello Lucy,  I'm about to do a short sale for a client who has a loan with First Mortgage Corporation.  I see your post from September 14, 2012.  Were you ever able to get an answer to your question?  I was just curious.

We are starting a short sale with First Mortgage too - can you provide the authorization fax # and short sale fax # and any phone numbers as we can not get a live person on the phone with the number we have.
