I have been dealing with Ocwen Since July. They are the second trust, My first trust approval expires 10/15/14. There is no MI and I have given them everything they ask for. They are even receiving the 8 percent of the loan that they are requesting as payment.. They asked for a new hud on 9/30/14 I gave it to them. as of 10/1/14 they have confirmed they have a complete file. I need an approval today. The buyer is from a country that is hard to get in and out of due to a virus. She is going back Tomorrow (I have no idea why)  She came here to settle (10/1/14) and now she leaving. I have been working with the omsmanbud since 9/17/14. They have no information they always send me to the short sale dept which is in India. I cant speak with a negotiator or underwriter. Please Help I am feeling Defeated. I never give up however.
