Your experience with BOA 1st approving an investment property short sale?

Hi everyone, just seeing what your experience is with getting BOA 1st to approve an investment property short sale. Anything to look out for? Thanks!

It happens. Depends on investor (owner of the loan) though.

Scott. Almost all of my short sales are investor owned. Never been an issue getting them approved and closed. Just treat it like any other short sale.
