Bank of America declined one of my files just because buyer was entered as company name only and had no name of siganoty for the company in the initial offer. They declined it after negotiator advised that we are within value and was submitting for approval..oops then she realized approval could not be processed. I contacted her supervisor and the best they could do was to assign the file to a fast track team to expedite the processing since it was their fault. File was re-submitted 05/25 and I still do not have my updated approval. This is one of the biggest flaws in BofA system of SS processing that the entire process starts from the beginning and definitely if somebody could advise how to get around it I would love to know too!!

Ok thanks..I am going to wing it and use the information I wrote down when I was at the short seminar last week. I will try and find Alan's number and call him asking what he said on substituting a buyer. When I find out I will post it.
