AnaLee You can google HR3648 and get their 800 number and call them direct and tell them to tell you about their program. You don't have to attend one of these so called training seminars...that is a marketing ploy to get agents to SIGN up for their program. If you are a short sale agent with experience, you can sign up and skip the marketing webinar or training seminar as they call it..... just call them and ask about their program directly and one of their marketing reps should be happy to speak to you and let u know how it works....and u can decide if it is something, you'd like to try or pass on
that's what I did...
I don't have time to sign up and register for tons of these webinars that we get blasted with every day of the wk, my god, if we all did that, we'd never get any work done and close any sales....we'd be on every marketing companies webinars... LOL You and I and tons of other agents, didn't get our real estate licenses to become professional webinar participants:)
cut thru the muck and get the gist of what they want right away and it's either gonna be a YES or a NO
is my philosophy
hope this helps you :)
yes, I see you've gotten the proverbial marketing spiel from them also. They are calling themselves something else now...at least in my area. Basically, they set u up with a generic website for a set up fee, and a monthly fee to give u X amount of short sale leads...the catch being...YOU have to MAIL OUT 100 letters, like 4 times per mo to these people to see any responses etc..... They realize that after 1 or 2 months of this, no one has this amount of time on their hands..... so hence a large fall off....and u may see 3 or 4 responses out of 100's of letters...etc...
I have NOT tried it, but I've had them call me numerous times and explain their strategy and they keep calling to get me to try.... it's up to you???
