HUD SENT FOR APPROVAL

Hi everyone...After we submit our funal HUD via Equator, do we need to wait for that HUD to be approved before considering the file CLOSED? And, how long does this take? I uploaded it yesterday.

thanks I assume I reach the closing agent thru Equator right?

Yes you must wait for HUD approval before you can close. Make sure you send it to your closing agent not the negotiator. They have 72 hours to get back to you. I received mine as quickly as an hour to down to the third day. Keep sending closing agent an email everyday until you get it. If you haven't received by 3rd day, escalate.

I sent the package for approval 3 times and i need to expedite cause we only have a short time to work the loan is
the second Helock loan wth Bof A let me know Rudy
