Anyone have HELOC settlement experiences?? (settlement before short sale)

Did anyone have experieces settling the HELOC not thru short sale?

Can i get the fax number where i need to send the settlement offer letter?

If you are not selling the property and are engaging in conventional Debt Negotiation, then that would probably be out of the scope of this website. Also how are you getting paid for this service? Are you licensed in your state for Debt Negotiation?
