Property has a recorded foreclosure deed from 2007 same lender and borrower. NEED HELP

I really need contact info for a take charge person at BOA.  BOA approved a short sale on a property that has a recorded foreclosure deed for the same borrower in ..... 2007 but BOA insist they have never foreclosed on the property.  I confirmed with the attorney that recorded the foreclosure deed and they confirmed they foreclosed.  With this being such an unusual situation I keep getting bounced from one person to the next. I have a cash buyer wanting to close ASAP but can't close because the recorded foreclosure deed.  

The solution is easy - BOA needs to sign a quit claim deed at closing but I can't get to the right person at BOA.

You need high level. Call the office of the president or, where I seem to get better response is tweet to BofA_Help and explain that you need someone high level because of the legal mess that needs to be corrected. If that doesn't get you to high enough level, then I think you have a battle on your hands - so be convincing.

I wanted to update everyone and let you know what has transpired. I was finally able to get help for the office of the CEO and president.  But, what I found to be most interesting was the phone call I received from Steve with Bank of America in regards to my post a short sale superstars. Steve was very helpful in making sure that I had the right people and the right phone numbers to get this issue resolved.  on February 28 I received a message that the foreclosure was being rescinded and we're moving forward with a short sale.

AMAZING WHAT A POST A SHORT SALE SUPERSTARS CAN ACCOMPLISH.

BOA isnt going to quit claim the house back to the borrower.  I would talk to a manager, email them a copy of the deed and go from their.
