I have a file we've been working with Nationstar with for a couple weeks on Equator. All tasks are complete and the file is being reviewed, however we have a foreclosure date that is 4 business days away. Customer service number tells me they will not postpone without investor approval.
Has anyone had a similar experience and were you able to postpone the trustee's sale?
Does anyone have any good contacts that I should reach out to? I have the Nationstar Escalation Form which I'll be using today, but wondering if anyone has any other ideas that may help?
Thanks!

In south Fl we can generally get the court to delay the sale at least once, with a contract, and especially with evidence of bank communications. I don't know wabout your jurisdiction.
