BoA Wants Fair Market Value- Can you counter
Ok- I submitted an offer for a short sale in equator but just got a counter-offer that I think will probably not appraised.. Has anyone being successfully in doing a counter to the counter sent by BoA.

Anyone ever see BOA negotiate for more than the payoff and all fees? It would appear that the only amount BOA is willing to accept will be 15K above their "lose no money" point. That essentially makes it become a normal sale, why then to they have to approve it? A penny less than paid in full... sure, I get that....but how can they then continue to say sold as is. My dislike for BOA grows eponentially daily!
