John- We finally closed on the Wells Fargo FHA/HUD short that you helped me with. They finally did a new appraisal which came back $30,000 lower. The buyer's hung in there and ended up with their home after 6 months!  Their lender appraisal came in only $500 over their offer price- close one.

------------ If you are having problems with negotiator at Aurora you can call 866-420-3167 and let them know what the issue is and they will follow up for you.   This is the Executive Office for complaints.  The person I spoke with had access to the file and was able to see what was going on and determined that it needed to be forwarded to the Manager.  Hopefully, this will help me move this file forward.   ------------
