I would like to lodge a complaint against two individuals working for Bank of America's servicing department, specifically a CRM's manager AND that manager's supervisor.

The reason for the complaint is a complete lack of correspondence. There were no less than 15 messages left for both parties requesting immediate assistance/escalation. Not once did I receive a return call from either party. Horrible way to do business.


Does anyone have a department phone number or suggestion of where to start?

State AG, Office of Comptroller of Currency, etc?

I second that. If anyone knows please respond ASAP! I got HUD involved through 1-800-call-FHA and opened a case, but a seller went into foreclosure. I'm waiting for HUD to follow up but it does no good now that it's been foreclosed on. This is totally ridiculous, I even called the senator but they only referred me to Hope Now. How useless after its already been foreclosed on! File closed due to missing paperwork that was sent in May ghey said they never received. Reopened in July, assured us sale date would be postponed. CRM said she'd call every week but of course didn't. I called 2x weekly and of course, nothing needed at this time. CRM Was off for a whole week in July, couldn't get update from supervisor after numerous calls. 8/23 docs requested to be updated so sale date of 9/4 would be postponed. Faxed docs within a couple of hours, CRM said she'd confirm 8/24. Of course no response, called 8/27. CRM out til 8/29, escalated to BofA advocacy team, we both left multiple messages for supervisor. Never called back after 6-7 calls, they finally got CRM on phone 8/29. She said seh'd call m before EOB, of course she didn't. Called back to advocacy team 8/30, advised file was closed 8/24 due to paperwork not being sent in! Really? Spoke to CRM that said oh, couldn't call you 8/29 because I had to pick up son from daycare before I was late because they charge by the minute-really? By the way, the RMA was also outdated and without that I can't reopen the file. Postponement request denied because file not complete. Ha! You mean the same RMA that you said you never received in May? How can it be outdated for May if you never received and said you closed the file in July because of it? What a freaking joke short sales with BofA have become...
