I am working on a short sale property with a first and a second with Wells Fargo, will be setting it up in Equator as soon as we get an offer. I have been using generic 3rd party forms but last deals with B of A these were rejected and had to fill out their proprietary forms. I am trying to be proactive and avoid this with Well's ( my client is out of area so it helps if I don't have to duplicate my work). I was was hoping one of you had a copy of the Wells Fargo proprietary 3rd party authorization form or one you have used lately with Wells Fargo.
Thanks in advance.

I've always used my own authorization letter with them and it's never been a problem.
Hi Jim
I have used these forms. Hope it helps. I took one off Wells Fargo's website for shortsales.
