Anyone gotten this for their sellers? Mine were approved for HAFA and $3k already. We are set to close escrow June 6 then last week we got a solicitation from b of a regarding the HIN incentive and that they qualify for additional relocation assistance of $5-$30k. Closing offer told me its $12k total which is great but we had to do a deal change in order to get it for them. Now I am waiting for the updated HUD to be approved (it should be, the closing officer was the one that told me what to put) but still...with only 2 weeks until COE? Yikes. Closing officer said hopefully it will take a few days but she has no idea because its her 1st time with this incentive.

Any experiences with this? If so what was your timeframe like? Thanks!

Hi Sarah, one of my sellers just got approved for over $13K total.  But we were already in a Co-Op sale so I didn't have to worry about a switch.  We are closing next month

we are in a co-op too, still they said we had to do a deal change...and now they came back with an approval, $9k more BUT we have to close 16 days early from the original approval!!! Which is in 3 days! No freaking way. Closing officer said a task will pop up on tuesday and allow me to request an extension. All I know is if I don't get that extension by thursday everyone is f*&^ed. Sent a message to SVP, VP, Manager, etc. Good luck to us, and you Thomas and Keji, thank you for the input too!

Yes.. same thing happened to me late last week. I'm already to get approval letter , then was informed the seller now qualify for additional 2500.. now waiting to get an approval letter by next week....
