We all need to LOL sometimes..

Just received a short sale declined letter - The reason is was declined was the seller was not willing to contribute the to short sale.

They never countered back to ask if he would
Seller is deceased.

They foreclosed on the home on April 3rd with only 5 payments past due.

Can't help but shake my head at this one..
