I might be taking a listing that has a $30k HELOC with BofA and I was wondering if anyone is seeing BoA ask for a cash contribution, promissory note, or pursuing the seller after closing.

Thanks,

Letter to B of A Heloc...KUDOS

RE: Phillip Morrison, Andrew Brooks, Tracey Elliot, Christine R Wagner

I want to thank you all for helping us close this difficult file. B of A had the 2nd and I had your approval  within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, the 1st was with another well-known bank, (they drive a stage coach!) and it took them months.

I started this process on 10/19/11 and we went through 2 buyers, and two separate approvals from two separate banks. We closed yesterday, 4/4/12.

Our B of A approval expired while waiting on the first, but as soon as I got the updated information to them, we received our amended approval.

Every one of you named, were very helpful and efficient.  It took me 5 business days and multiple phone calls to get the final HUD1 approval from the First, but only 15 Minutes and one phone call from B of A Christine Wagner, with a little help from Tracey Elliot.

I have worked many short sales, some very difficult, (which this was one), but B of A’s team had it together…yea!

I know you have a bad rep from times past, but it was a pleasure to have worked with you all.

Sincerely,

Gwen Mark
