I just received a negotiator on a file, anyone work with a Specialty Closing Department at Wells before?

This has three loans, I have letters from 2 and 3 postition..quite reasonable in my opinion..waiting for Wells to approve 1st position now..thought I was doing well to get 2 and 3 on board...but everyone is getting a little impatient..

Stop being lazy. Go list a short sale with 4 mortgage loans!

Good luck with this one. I closed one with 3 loan liens in 2009, but have not come across that again. I have closed multiple lien short sales, but the 3rd is usually a judgment creditor, not an actual mortgage loan.

thanks! the second and third were not bad to work with, 2nd was wonderful small bank..third a crabby credit union..now just waiting for Wells..but never saw that title before...sounds like Special Ops!
