All tasks completed as soon as got them and on 1/4 uploaded a good offer to Equator.  It has been in Verify Offer for 16 days with no other tasks or communication to me.  Their agent guidelines state to be patient for a few days while it is being reviewed.  I called NationStar last week concerned it hadn't proceeded out of it (with other lenders on Equator it happened quickly).  I was told Freddie Mac was backed up and to rely on Equator for updates.

Does this sound right?  Does the investor review it prior to the BPO being ordered or further communication?

I'm worried it is just stuck in limbo.

Any timeframes on how long it took to move to next phase are greatly appreciated! I have a buyer's agent asking for updates.

Thanks!

Anyone?

I had a file stuck with NtionStar in Equator and on the second inquiry I made they asked me to give them the full address.  When I did they told me that the zip code they had in the system did not match the one I had used (the legal one that was on the tax records).  When I used the one NationStar had in their system it worked.    About a year after the home was built they re-did the zip codes in that city and they all changed.  NationStar still had the old one in their system.

Its probably a long shot but something to at least check out.  16 days sounds fishy.... something is going on - I would be persistant with finding out where the stall is.

Interesting....i got movement after 3 weeks- just kept calling.  They have me fax package in too after that ...in fairness, they moved quickly after that and made up for the long delay with no communication.  Don't know what problem every was.  Thanks Tiffany- I will definately have them check zips on future.
