How do you talk to B of A about more than 1 file at a time?!?

B of A was the first to sign up for the HAMP & HAFA plans... but they so far on my files are totally ignoring the guidelines.

I am totally frustrated with only being able to discuss one client per call. Does anyone have a solution to this? It seems if I talk to the brank in Texas, they are great and willing to help. Every other area won't talk about more than one client per call.... so I get to hold again for 45 minutes. Does anyone have a solution? (This is for Mods...not short sales.)

Oh no...every time I call 866-880-1232, I tell them upfront, I have 6 files to talk about...never once have I had a problem.
