BofA (Previously Countrywide) HELOC Contact?

I am trying to reach contract for my seller's 2nd lien holder, which is Bank of America (but previously Countrywide) HELOC. She would like to see if she can settle the 2nd lien prior to the short sale so there is only the primary to deal with. Who should she contact?

Anybody has a contact for 2nd lien (HELOC) that's from Country Wide?

I'm not sure if he specifically deals with Countrywide but I know he DOES work in the HELOC dept.
