Anyone else finding that even though Wells started using equator you get secure emails like before in combination with Equator messages (sometimes). It seems to me that maybe there isn't a full understanding of how to use the system.

Thoughts?

I feel like Wells is clunky in Equator.  Plus they swipe your documents.

And yes, I'm still getting secure emails too not through Equator.

They really do swipe your documents, and you are left with "file missing"  on your documents.  Strange, I have 2 files with missing documents and both are due to be foreclosed on Tuesday.  I think they are trying to tell us something.

I believe that Wells choose to use Equator as a pass throught server.  No documents are retained on an Equator server.  It is simply a portal that transfers documents to a Wells backend server.  By contrast, I believe BofA documents are retained by Equator.  As least, this is what I think is going on, just from using the system.

This is almost certainly not what Equator whould recommend.  Seems that Wells chose to implement the system, with one arm tied behind the back.

As a result, the document submission process can be a nightmare.

(I have no first-hand knowledge based on discussions with system's people, just IMHO....)

Wells Fargo on Equator is a nightmare! I am still faxing my files in for a manual underwrite. I'm told they are still going through training and are overwhelmed! NO KIDDING it shows!
