Wells Fargo short sale approved in 60 days!

Feeling good on this one, sixty days from contract to short sale approval. Investor was Freddie Mac.

Comment by Jim Schneider on May 26, 2012 at 3:20pm: Deficiency wasn't written into the approval, but I was able to get a specific statement regarding it from the negotiator. From what I've been reading about Wells these days, that's pretty good.
