Hey Bryant Thank you. Do you know of anyone else?? Commercial is tons easier and has a bigger pay check and you have no emotional side to it. (Home owners) You do not have BPO, You have an appraisal,inspection, survey, enviroment.
Then cap rate and about 100 different ways you can do a commercial short sales.
You can flip commercial much faster. Thanks though.

Hi Tony. At this time we only teach residential short sales. However I can't see where there would be much of a difference.

Listen I wish to learn about Commercial Short Sales Only can that happen here? If so do you help students with a deal and take a percentage??
