Hello, I am Richard Simpson, your “CDPE” Certified marketing master. I was raised in Somerset, KY a small community in southern Kentucky.
In my free time, I love hanging out with my friends and family, and playing pinochle and watching movies with my family. I consider myself to be a passionate, loyal, motivated individual who loves to have fun and put smiles on everyone’s face. After all, laughter is the best medicine right?
I worked most of my career in the wholesale mortgage loan industry. (that is, until the housing market crashed in 2008) With the failure the single family housing industry. I then figured there has to be a quicker, smarter, easier way to be my own boss, I retired. Which lead me to Real Estate and Short Sales. Short Sales will impact your credit scores negatively however for only a period of about two years, you'll then be able to apply for and qualify for a mortgage.
If you look at the other alternatives; Walk Away, Foreclosure, Deed In Lieu, not only is your credit score impacted for 10 years or more but you may not be able to get a job or a security clearance.
