- Joe Mendoza has been involved in real estate for over a decade. He has been a Real Estate Broker, Investor, Consultant, Advisor, Mentor, Managing Partner, Acquisitions Manager, and a Nationwide Coach. At present, he is a CEO/Broker of Katcam Real Estate, San Diego, California.
Mr. Mendoza has a long track record of success. While at Prudential California Realty, he ranked as high as the Top 1% in the nation and was number 7 in all of San Diego County. He built a team of 2 full-time employees and 5 licensed associate agents.
As far as his experience in investment and development, Joe has participated in several different projects including a 10 unit condo conversion in El Cajon, CA; a raw land development in Spring Valley, CA; and many other rehabilitation projects and demolitions.
Furthermore, Mr. Mendoza has been involved with hundreds of transactions in his career. Earlier in his career a bulk of his transactions were short-sales and REOs. Recently he has returned into that specialized sale due to the noticeable shift in the market. The market is ripe for the right broker, with the right experience, with an incomparable track record. Joe Mendoza is that broker.
In 2006, he was invited to appear on local news to advice on the real estate market. Also recognizing his efforts, Mr. Mendoza has been featured in various publications such as the Wall Street Journal, “Who’s Who in Real Estate”, the San Diego Union Tribune, the Real Estate Book, the Asian Journal, Homes and Land Magazine, and the Harmon Homes Magazine.
One of Mr. Mendoza’s biggest passions is contribution. He sat on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Chula Vista and has been the golf committee chairman, raising tens of thousands of dollars to help underprivileged youth. He also is an advocate, supporter, board member with the San Diego Asian Film Festival. His main goal to be highly successful in his endeavors is to contribute a large percentage of the revenues towards transforming the economy of the developing nation of the Philippines.
