I uploaded as usual....hit submit and it said completed.

yep, been going on for weeks..and re upload and comment, 'this is the 3rd, 4th 5th upload'..frustrating, specially when they wait a week to says it is not there again!

Did they decline your file Victoria?  That's what they did and I'm trying to get them to open it back up rather than starting all over. Are they telling you they've had issues or making it about you? I'm glad to know I'm not the only one experiencing this.

no, not declined yet...it keeps showing the file has been uploaded..but then a week later they ask for the same one again.  today they asked again for forms uploaded weeks ago, but said they need to be updated with todays date!  for petes sake!  no on answers the emails or messages i send...

They said it was declined because I didn't upload!  But it showed uploaded.....and for you they asked for it again. Must just be who they've got doing all these tasks and not knowing exactly how to do them.

Anna, I initiated a short sale on 2/1 then was asked to upload the ATR, I did the same day. Then I was asked to upload the same doc again 3 different times. What's worse... today I was informed on equator that the SS request was denied. I am blown away by the systematic incompetence of these people!

uploaded again..grrr.  There is a negotiator listed on the file, so I did a direct message again..not sure if they ever even see these, as they do not respond.  It seems we just wait for another month, so we can ask the client for new pay stubs and bank statements to update..
