I need to reach someone at Wells Fargo to explain the urgency of my pre-approved, FHA Short sale with a ready, willing and able buyer who will not extend.

The net proceeds exceed the requirements set by FHA!

I have sent every "extra" piece of documentation they have asked for. I have stood on my head, called every week, documented and re-documented the file.

I am stuck with low-level employees who keep regurgitation the same answers. If anyone can help, I would be so grateful.

Their continued delays COST THE INVESTOR MONEY! Why can I not get an approval when all the pieces of the puzzle are there?

Any help is appreciated.

Did you get anywhere? I am having a similar issue. Just posted a separate discussion.
