this is the only contract addendum I know of with WF.  They also have short sale affidavit and listing addendum that are required.  see attached

Thanks Sheila.  I have all of those forms.  My understanding is they are no longer use the WF Contract addendum you attached.  I do have the WF SS Affidavit for GSE and then the versions for both FHA and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac.  I think what they probably want is the WF SS Affidavit.  Just wasn't  sure if there was something new for WF.

no problem Pamela.................I would ask them for the specific document and have them even send you the attachment.  I had a negotiator ask me for the SS Affidavit today for a file and I had the 1.3 done and asked if he is wanting the 2.0 version and he said this investor wants the 1.3................you would think they want the latest............I can't keep up LOL
