I know Wells is going to a system similar to Equator, but, this is the first I have heard about it.....hope it works better than Equator (would be hard to make it any worse)

Ben, you're right .... it has to be better. I'm going to have to dig into it a bit.

Kazork has been around for a while (last couple of years for sure). It allows for online offers not unlike some of the other sites like REOSource. But for the most part I have found that agents still go to the listing agent to make offers for their clients.

Have not heard that Wells Fargo nor their asset management company PASCO switching over to this but it is possible. The thing is that Karzork states on the listings that I have been watching that cash offers are expected if property is occupied and once they become vacant then financed offers will be considered. This doesn't sound like any regular platform I have seen.

May want to do some digging on this one before coming to any conclusions.

Thank you for dropping by. Are you saying that Wells Fargo is now processing their Short Sales on your site and any new Short Sale that we have for Wells Fargo can be entered via your platform?

Kazork is only working on certain loans that Wells Fargo has deemed eligible for this program. Please contact us directly so we can contact Wells to see if your loan is eligible. Our direct number can be found on our website.
