How to Initiate Appraisal?
I've been working with WF since 10/27/2011. Faxed package to them and on 11/1/2011, package verified received.
On 11/28 - verified that an offer was received by WF.
Since then, I've been asking them about when they will initiate the appraisal process. They still have not done so. Is there any concerns here?
This is a VA short sale.

I'm in the same situation. Our offer was submitted 11/7 and it's a VA short sale. Find out who the processor is and start requesting status updates via equator. You can't upload any documents until they assign a task either, which is really ridiculous. If I don't get a response in two days from our processor I will call again and try to escalate it.
