That cannot be answered - it is up to the investor via investor guideline, not the servicer. Servicers can try to bully you into things as if it is their choice at times, however. And I assume you mean dual representation by you, not dual agency which means another agent under your broker may be representing the other party. Dual agency is not an issue.

Both of these posts are accurate however my experience is that they will only offer 4% for that circumstance.
