Does ASC/Wells Fargo Bank pay the full 6% Commission for there is dual agency, where the agent is representing both the seller and buyer or do they cut the commission down?

That cannot be answered - it is up to the investor via investor guideline, not the servicer. Servicers can try to bully you into things as if it is their choice at times, however. And I assume you mean dual representation by you, not dual agency which means another agent under your broker may be representing the other party. Dual agency is not an issue.

Joe answered the question correctly.  It ultimately depends on the investor.

And if it's HAFA.

Both of these posts are accurate however my experience is that they will only offer 4% for that circumstance.
