If the 2nd is a HELOC you need to contact that department directlty and deal with that loan as a separate negotiation.

Depends on which department has the second. I have had short sales where the second is the same as the first and the stay togther in equator. But if it is a Heloc second you need to initiate the short sale with that department and they do not use equator. Here is there contact info:

I had the same thing-I had 2 different loan numbers & negotiators so 2 separate packages...both were approved but at different times.
Sam you'll need to do them separately. Most likely 2 different divisions. That's how my last one was.
