SPS DOESN'T HAVE THE NOTE !!

Recently i got a letter from SPS attorney stating that they don't have the note available and can't produce the note. Does anyone have experience regarding this situation?

IF they don't have the note...then they CANNOT LEGALLY foreclose...let them know THAT...
