Hi All,

As requested this is how my SS went along:

1. 01/01/2010 Submitted offer to Bank of America with comps, Hardship Letter, Authorization Letter and Short Sale Addendum.

2. 01/17/2010 was informed I had to now upload all paperwork into the Equator System.

3. 02/01/2010 I had a request to upload my offer again with the supporting documents.

4. 02/05/2010 They requested the client to Login into the Equator System and upload all his Financials and answer several questions and receive a password.

5. 02/22/2010 Received an email from a real negotiator in the Equator System.

6. 02/27/2010 Received an email that they were waiting for the payoff.

7. 03/02/2010 Negotiator emailed to say we had an approval subject to management approval.

8. 03/08/2010 Offer was approved and we recieved a letter from the bank.

9. Closing date is set for 04/12/2010 they are requesting a HUD 72 hrs prior to closing.

Pretty much it was a straight forward contract...

Thanks, J
Hi Julian, one more question, did BofA or Equator provided any credit to buyer for closing costs? thanks you and congratulation for your SS approval.
